Creamy Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap

Creator: The daily dish recipes blog by Nicole Cook

Elements:
  1. Avocado
  2. Lemon
  3. Plain Yogurt
  4. Green Onions
  5. Garlic
  6. Cilnatro
  7. Chicken Breast
  8. Salt & Pepper
  9. Bacon (this was omitted)
  10. Shredded Cheese (this was omitted)
Thoughts: This is actually suppose to be eaten as a salad ... wanted to make it lunch friendly on the go so I changed it into a wrap. For those who are picky eaters...non-cilantro eaters ...you would be missing out if you decide to omit the cilantro! This is a very fresh summer type of yummy!

My add ons:
Grain Instead of using the recommended avocado bowls - used veggie flavour wrap
Veggie Can't make it into a wrap without lettuce!!! I cut the lettuce in long length pieces just a preference of mine and easier eating =)

Deviled Ham Sandwich

Creator: The encyclopedia of sandwiches (book) by Susan Russo - Page 75

Elements:
  1. Cooked Ham
  2. Pickle relish
  3. Mayo
  4. Dijon Mustard
  5. Worcestershire Sauce
  6. Tabasco
  7. Ground Pepper
  8.  Alfalfa Sprouts (Optional)
Thoughts: This is a great tea time sandwich also an everyday lunch sandwich. If you are afraid of hot stuff ...be brave !! Tabasco is definitely A MUST in this mixture!

My add ons:
Cheese  I would do is Swiss cheese specifically because the cheese does not take over the taste but compliments the Tabasco kick definitely!
Hot Kick I added La Bomba which is a hot antipasto chili, the extra chili oil in the mixture made it nice and spicy!
Grain Instead of using the recommended white bread I ended up using brown rye bread which was equally yummy!

Doughnut Sandwich

Creator: The encyclopedia of sandwiches (book) by Susan Russo - Page 78

Elements:
  1. Doughnut
  2. Rasberry Jam
  3. Ham (in this case cornbeef)
  4. Swiss Cheese
Thoughts: I would eat this again, and it is definitely an interesting taste, the swiss cheese was actually a great choice of cheese not strong enough to take over as the main flavour but its presence is definitely...tasted =) The raspberry jam tarteness complimented the salty cornbeef AND the sugar drenched doughnuts.
